Bachelorette couple DeAnna Pappas and Jesse Csincsak have called off their engagement, he reveals in a video on their Web site.

“I kind of feel like it’s our responsibility to tell you we’re not together anymore,” he says.

“DeAnna broke up with me two days ago, and I just wanted to come on here and tell you guys face-to-face,” he continues. “I’m sorry - I did everything in my power to try and make this work.

“She’s a great person, but she wasnt willing to try anymore,” he says. “She wanted something different. The answer I got was, ‘I love you, but I’m not in love with you.’

“That’s a lot to swallow, no matter who you are,” he says. “It’s a lot to take in.”

Pappas, a 26-year-old real state agent, accepted a proposal from the 26-year-old professional snowboarder on the July 7 finale of the show. Three days later, they announced on their Web site that they were tying the knot on May 9, 2009.

“My connection to Jesse is so strong,” Pappas gushed.

Said Csincsak: “I’m so confident, I know she’s the one.”

So, yeah… She totally should have chosen Jason!(pictured above) He is WAY cuter and more mature…. They looked like the perfect match… but oh well… I’m sure he has moved on by now because he’s the new Bachelor! And He is HOT!!!!!!! I Chose Him!!!!

Josiah Leming, the teary homeless singer who was the last to be axed before the top 24 round on American Idol Season 7, is facing an Idol threat in regards to his upcoming album.

According to The New York Post, Simon Fuller’s 19 Entertainment, the force behind Idol, is threatening to block the release of Leming’s debut disc, due in January, citing violation of terms of agreement. Leming, like all contestants, signed a strict contract with 19E that stipulates he must record with the Idol-handpicked label, Sony/BMG, and gives the company exclusive right of refusal for management and merchandising.

Leming signed with Warner Bros. earlier this year.

"Josiah was the only Idol contestant ever to get a record deal who didn’t make the top 24, and one of only four contestants to get a deal this year," a rep for the 19-year-old said. "He has personal reasons for getting his music out, threat or not."

His tug-at-your-heartstrings backstory was well-chronicled on Idol - he lived in his car and his mom has terminal cancer - Leming is determined to get his album on shelves "while [his mother] is alive to share it."

Idol producers have yet to respond to Leming’s lawyers, his rep said.

Jeff Probst, the host of “Survivor” and a recent Emmy winner, is developing a new reality show for CBS.

Celebrity News Service has learned the show is called “Live Like You’re Dying,” and gives people with terminal illnesses a Make-A-Wish-type experience. The ill person is taken on a “last adventure of their life” before they die.

A pilot of the show has been ordered and if the series is picked up it will feature a new person each episode. The pilot will be shot in January.

Probst said the show isn’t about death, but about living and being inspired to get the most out of every day.

Probst has good company helping him develop the show, as he is working alongside “Survivor” big shot Mark Burnett and “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition’s” Denise Cramsey to develop the show which will surely cause the audience to shed a few tears.

Kim Kardashian and her professional partner Mark Ballas, a Dancing with the Stars champion, bid farewell to the ballroom Tuesday, after getting eliminated from the show on the five-year anniversary of Kim’s father’s death.

“I just know he’s really happy and watching over me and I made him proud,” Kim, who earned 17 out of 30 points for her rumba with Mark, told hosts Tom Bergeron and Samantha Harris, before taking the stage for a final dance.
