Well the weekend’s almost over, time to get back to work. It was a pretty relaxing weekend. Friday I went to Chuy’s Restaurant on Westhimer with Ruth. It was sooo Good! And Fun!!!! Their Chili Relleno stuffed with Shrimp & Cheese is awesome and so are the swirl margaritas!
Saturday my mom and I went to Bootkikkers Bingo at the new location, at the Texas City Outlet Mall Shopping Center, and played bingo. We didn’t win but we had fun! I was a little dissapointed because they didn’t have an ice cream machine so I didn’t get my swirl cone like I was hoping!
Sunday was a movie day. I just laid around and watched a couple of movies.
The First one was Fool’s Gold starring Kate Hudson & Matthew McConaughey. I really enjoyed this movie and have recently been hating on Kate Hudson but this movie totally redeemed her for me. It was a very feel good movie and I’m glad I finally took the time to watch it.
The Second movie I watched once it got dark was White Noise 2. It was eerie and I watched it by myself and got a little scared. I started hearing noises and had to get up several times to look around and turn on some lights… I’m chicken but I love a good scary movie! This movie was better than I expected and for a Direct to DVD Release it was well worth the purchase! I think I enjoyed it more than the original.
That was my weekend in a nutshell. Not too much happened. I still have yet to make it to the theaters to see a movie lately. Anyway, I’m out… Have to get ready to go to work. Later!
